We're Hiring | Manager – Corporate Finance Advisory

We're looking for an experienced Manager – Corporate Finance Advisory to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

Experience: Qualified CA with 6 + years of experience

What You'll Do:

• Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis engagements.
• Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and performance dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive corporate finance initiatives including business valuation, project finance, M&A, due diligence, and transaction advisory.
• Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic financial solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members while managing multiple client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CA with 6 + years of experience into FP & A, Corporate Finance Advisory.
• Experience with Power BI or other FP&A tools is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with US GAAP is preferred.
• Candidates working in BIG 4s are preffered.
