Role & Responsibilities:
 Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
 Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from our range of sanitary ware and bathroom fittings.
 Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
 Conduct product demonstrations and ensure customers understand the functionalities and benefits of the products.
 Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom by arranging and restocking products as needed.
 Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
 Process quotations for customer selections accurately and efficiently.
 Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on potential leads.
 Stay updated with the latest product trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
 Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to promotional activities.
 Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product improvements.
Qualifications:
 Any Graduate
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong sales and customer service skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software
 Previous experience in a showroom or retail environment is preferred but not required
