About the Role

Latent View Analytics is looking for a Data Scientist to join our fast-growing analytics team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be skilled in statistical modelling, machine learning and generating business insights that drive strategic decisions for global clients.

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Work Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Gurguram

Responsibilities:

Work with large, complex datasets to build predictive and statistical models. Develop and deploy machine learning solutions for business problems. Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model performance tuning. Communicate findings and actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Data engineering, business stakeholders, and domain experts. Implement best practices in model development, documentation, and version control.

Skills & Experience:

4 to 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, SQL & Python. Model development (regression and classification). Strong experience in performing EDA, Feature selection/Feature Reduction, building models and evaluate its performance. Strong programming proficiency in python with mastery of Data Science libraries Pandas, Numpy and Scikitlearn.
