Civil Litigation Attorney | NYC, NY (Hybrid) | $150-$200k base + bonus and benefits Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of Civil Litigation/Personal Injury matters from intake through settlement/trial. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings. Qualifications: 1-5+ years of experience in Civil Litigation/Personal Injury litigation. Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
