Internal Communications Specialist – Content, Multimedia & Project Management Role Summary We are seeking an Internal Communications Specialist with strong expertise in content creation, editing, video production, and project management . The role will support the planning and execution of employee communication campaigns across multiple channels, driving engagement, awareness, and connection to organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities Write, edit, and review compelling content including articles, newsletters, leadership messages, employee stories, email communications, and campaign assets. Create and edit videos for leadership communications, employee engagement campaigns, townhalls, and internal initiatives. Manage end-to-end communication campaigns across email, SharePoint/Intranet, Viva Engage, newsletters, digital screens, and townhalls. Develop communication plans, editorial calendars, and project timelines to ensure seamless campaign execution. Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to create impactful communication strategies and executive communications. Leverage multimedia storytelling and innovative communication approaches to increase employee engagement. Track communication metrics, analyze channel performance, and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Support change management, culture-building, and employee engagement initiatives through strategic communications. Experience & Qualifications 5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, or Employee Engagement. Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in content writing, editing, and communication campaign management. Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of SharePoint, Viva Engage, Microsoft 365, and digital communication channels. Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Skills Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong video editing and multimedia content creation capabilities. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
