Location: Majiwada, Thane (W)

Experience: Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales experience preferred (Real Estate experience is an added advantage)

Salary: upto 4 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday Fixed Week Off)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls.

• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

• Generate and nurture quality leads for the Sales Team.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions.

• Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.

• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
