Salesforce Administrator & Developer

Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Platform Developer I or Advanced Administrator is a plus. Experience working in a Jira-based Agile/Scrum process. Experience with lending, loan servicing, or financial services on Salesforce. Experience with Conga, Pardot / Account Engagement, Vonage or another Salesforce-integrated telephony system, and nc-squared or similar distribution tools. Experience with Gearset or a similar Salesforce DevOps tool, plus Salesforce DX and Git. Experience as an IT point of contact for a small-to-mid-size office (hardware, Microsoft 365, onboarding/offboarding) and willingness to handle basic IT support.
