About the Role -

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Script Writer who can write compelling Telugu and English scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.

The ideal candidate understands storytelling, audience psychology, viral content, and social media trends, and can turn an idea into a script that captures attention and keeps viewers watching.

Key Responsibilities -

• Write engaging Telugu and English scripts for Reels, Shorts, and social media campaigns.
• Create strong 0–3 second hooks that immediately grab attention.
• Develop high-retention scripts with a clear hook → story → payoff → CTA structure.
• Research trending topics, viral videos, formats, and content styles.
• Convert trends and concepts into original, relatable, and engaging scripts.
• Write content across different tones, including educational, promotional, entertaining, emotional, and storytelling-based content.
• Understand audience psychology and use curiosity, emotion, relatability, and storytelling to improve retention.
• Collaborate with the video editing and creative team to ensure the final content matches the script.
• Adapt scripts based on performance, trends, and audience response.
• Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, and emerging content trends.

Requirements -

• 1–3 years of experience in script writing, content writing, or social media content creation.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Telugu and English.
• Ability to write conversational and engaging content rather than generic or overly formal copy.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral content.
• Ability to create attention-grabbing hooks and high-retention narratives.
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Ability to research and turn information into engaging stories.
• Good understanding of CTAs and content structures.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple scripts.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Hitech City office.

• Can take a simple idea and turn it into an engaging story.
• Knows how to write a powerful opening within the first few seconds.
• Can comfortably switch between Telugu and English content.
• Is creative, curious, and constantly looking for new content angles.
