Infrasity is a developer marketing agency helping DevTool and AI infrastructure startups grow through technical content, SEO/AEO/GEO strategy, Reddit marketing, and influencer/creator marketing. We work with companies like Qodo, Lightrun, DevZero, OX Security, Firefly, and others in the developer tools and AI infra space.
About the Role
We're looking for a Reddit Associate to own and scale our Reddit engagement operations across multiple client accounts. You'll be responsible for building genuine presence in developer and tech communities, driving brand visibility for our clients without triggering spam filters or damaging community trust. This is a hands-on execution role that blends community management, copywriting, and light technical operations. It's a great fit for someone early in their career who wants real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of Reddit accounts across multiple client campaigns, writing natural, non-promotional comments that add real value to threads
Research relevant subreddits for each client and identify high-intent threads where mentioning the product is contextually appropriate
Maintain account health: warmup protocols, posting cadence, karma building, and staying compliant with subreddit and platform-wide rules (including Rule 8 enforcement)
Manage account infrastructure: aged accounts, proxy setup, and browser profile isolation to keep accounts safe and undetected
Track engagement performance and share of voice across client campaigns, flagging what's working and what needs adjusting
Collaborate with the content and growth team to align Reddit activity with broader GEO/AEO and content strategy
Stay on top of subreddit culture, moderator behavior, and platform policy changes that could affect campaigns
Handle account recovery, bans, and shadowban troubleshooting as they come up
What We're Looking For
0-1 years of experience in community management, social media marketing, or growth marketing (Reddit-specific experience is a strong plus, internships count)
Genuine familiarity with Reddit as a platform: you understand what reads as authentic versus promotional, and you can tell which subreddits will tolerate brand mentions and which won't
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different communities and personas
Comfort with repetitive, detail-oriented operational work (account setup, proxy management, tracking spreadsheets)
Interest in or exposure to developer tools, SaaS, or technical products is a plus
Discretion and good judgment: this role touches account infrastructure and requires care to avoid burning accounts or violating platform policy
Nice to Have
Experience managing multiple social accounts or personas at scale
Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Supermetrics, or similar marketing analytics platforms
Basic understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO concepts
