Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Clinic Operations

* Welcome clients and create a warm, professional experience.

* Manage appointments, scheduling, and calendars.

* Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

* Maintain confidential client records.

* Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

* Ensure the clinic is organized and running smoothly.

Executive & Personal Assistant

* Manage personal and professional calendars.

* Book travel, appointments, and accommodations.

* Coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-ups.

* Assist with administrative tasks, online orders, and errands.

* Organize documents, invoices, and records.

* Provide day-to-day support across business and personal responsibilities.

Qualifications

* Minimum qualification: 10th Grade Pass.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.

* Organized, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

* Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

* ₹20,000 per month
