About the Role
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist with 3+ years of experience to help protect our systems, networks, applications, and data from security threats. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, and cybersecurity tools.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor security alerts, logs, and events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Investigate and respond to security incidents and coordinate remediation activities. Conduct vulnerability assessments and support penetration testing activities. Implement and maintain security controls across systems, networks, and applications. Perform security assessments, risk analysis, and compliance checks. Manage and monitor endpoint security, firewalls, antivirus/EDR, and other security solutions. Assist with access control, identity management, and privileged access reviews. Maintain security documentation, incident reports, and remediation records. Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices. Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve the organization's overall security posture.Required Skills
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically securing and managing websites or web applications. Good understanding of network security, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and incident response. Hands-on experience with tools such as SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, or IDS/IPS. Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPNs, firewalls, and network protocols. Familiarity with Windows and Linux security. Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and common cybersecurity threats. Basic knowledge of IAM, MFA, encryption, and security best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as Comp TIA Security+, CEH, Cy SA+, or equivalent are preferred. Experience with Microsoft Azure/AWS security is an advantage. Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls is a plus.Why Join Relay Human Cloud?
