Your Role As an Area Sales Executive, you will: * Drive BIZRV sales across your assigned territory * Meet business owners and decision-makers * Identify and generate new business opportunities * Demonstrate BIZRV and convert prospects into customers * Manage the complete sales cycle — Lead → Demo → Follow-up → Closing * Conduct field visits and build a strong local business network * Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets * Maintain daily sales & activity reports * Share market feedback to help BIZRV improve its product and sales strategy EARN MORE AS YOU SELL MORE (Potential earning ₹1L/monthly) ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 Fixed Salary % Incentive on Every Sale Monthly Target Achievement Bonus No cap on performance incentives. Who We're Looking For We want hunters, not just salespeople. You should be: * Experienced in Software Sales / SaaS Sales / B2B Sales / Field Sales * Comfortable approaching and talking to business owners * Confident in pitching, negotiating and closing * Highly target-oriented and competitive * Excellent at communication and relationship building * Comfortable with field sales and local travel * Self-motivated with a strong “I will close this deal” attitude ⭐ Preferred Experience 1 year experience in software sales, SaaS sales, B2B sales or field sales. Candidates with strong sales ability and excellent communication skills may also be considered irrespective of industry.
