Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team in Bengaluru. Location: near Chandapura, Bengaluru Position: Sales Manager Industry: Real Estate Experience: (5-10 years of experience) Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: • Handle qualified leads individually and convert them into bookings • Conduct site visits and present project offerings to prospective customers • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Generate new business through networking and channel partners • Maintain customer and sales activities using CRM tools • Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to achieve monthly targets • Drive the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to booking What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills Target-oriented and result-driven approach Ability to independently manage leads and close sales Experience with CRM tools is an advantage About Us We are a growing real estate organization focused on making aspirational living accessible through thoughtfully designed, sustainable, and quality homes.
