About Position:

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead delivery of UiPath-based RPA automation solutions for a US PC clients Personal Auto Home policy rewrite and servicing workflows.The role involves end-to-end ownership of project execution, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and coordination with cross-functional teams (business, architecture, and RPA delivery) to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

What You'll Do:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of UiPath-based RPA automation projects across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Collaborate with US business stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, timelines, success criteria, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, estimation, and execution activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive Agile project execution through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog management.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans while providing proactive communication to stakeholders.
  • Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies.
  • Oversee release management, deployment planning, production readiness reviews, and go-live activities.
  • Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, milestones, and overall project health.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), hypercare support, and post-production stabilization activities.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor offshore and onshore RPA delivery teams, ensuring alignment, productivity, and delivery excellence.
  • Facilitate communication between business users, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery efficiency, automation quality, and operational excellence.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, executive dashboards, and steering committee updates.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 12-15 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale UiPath, RPA, and Intelligent Automation programs.
  • Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle including process discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Experience delivering automation solutions within Insurance, Financial Services, or enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience managing US clients and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and delivery governance.
  • Proven ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and critical issues.
  • Experience managing distributed offshore/onshore teams and cross-functional delivery organizations.
  • Strong understanding of ALM, release management, deployment governance, and production readiness processes.
  • Experience coordinating UAT, change management, hypercare, and post-production support activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to drive continuous process improvement, quality assurance, and delivery excellence initiatives.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, UiPath Project Management, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
