Role: Talent Acquisition Intern (Internal Hiring) Duration: 2- 3 Months Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office) from Delhi (Mayur Vihar)

About the Role This role is focused purely on hiring for our internal team. You will be responsible for building candidate pipelines, doing outreach, and ensuring consistent inflow of quality candidates.
What You’ll Do
● Source candidates for internal hiring (recruitment roles) via Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
● Do high-volume calling and initial screening
● Pitch the opportunity and generate candidate interest
● Schedule and coordinate interviews
● Maintain trackers and follow-ups to ensure closure
