Role Description The Talent Recruiter (Agency) is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for agency functions, including marketing, creative, tech, and operations roles. Day-to-day activities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing interview logistics. The recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, build strong relationships with candidates, and ensure an efficient, positive hiring experience. Additional responsibilities include supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and providing regular hiring updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience handling multiple roles in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, including collaborating with hiring managers, understanding role requirements, and aligning expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards), and basic HR documentation and reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and work with data to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and tech roles is highly beneficial for effective candidate evaluation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in agency recruitment or hiring for creative and marketing teams is preferred.
