Job Title: Junior US IT Recruiter

Company: Ledelsea India Private Limited

Location: Nashik – On-site

Employment: Full-Time | 7 PM–3.30 AM IST (Night Shift), Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
• Learn and understand various IT roles, technologies, and job requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of IT roles/technologies.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT recruitment.
• 0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
