Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support Hejje's growth and outreach
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Identify potential referral sources, institutional partnerships, corporate opportunities, and healthcare networks
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners, clients, and referral sources
- Explore opportunities to expand Hejje's presence across healthcare and allied sectors
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare professionals, corporates, institutions, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders
- Develop long-term partnerships with referral partners and key organizations
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective and existing partners
- Understand partner requirements and identify opportunities for mutually beneficial collaborations
- Represent Hejje professionally at meetings, networking events, conferences, and healthcare forums
Outreach & Partnerships
- Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, pediatric development centres, corporates, and community organizations
- Coordinate outreach initiatives, awareness programs, camps, and partnership activities
- Identify opportunities for corporate tie-ups, institutional collaborations, and community engagement
- Support the development of referral networks for Hejje's rehabilitation and transition care services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership and outreach initiatives
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, partnerships, events, and other business development channels
- Follow up with prospective clients and partners and move opportunities through the business development pipeline
- Understand client and stakeholder requirements and communicate relevant Hejje services effectively
- Track enquiries, leads, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, and partnership opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and outcomes
Communication & Presentation
- Prepare and deliver presentations about Hejje's services and capabilities to prospective partners and stakeholders
- Communicate Hejje's value proposition clearly and professionally
- Develop proposals, partnership presentations, and business communication materials in coordination with the relevant teams
- Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Maintain a professional and patient-centric approach while representing the organization
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, trends, competitors, and potential partnerships
- Monitor developments in healthcare, rehabilitation, transition care, and allied sectors
- Identify new markets, target segments, and potential referral channels
- Provide market insights and recommendations to support business growth
- Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and growth strategies
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain regular records of meetings, leads, follow-ups, partnerships, and business development activities
- Prepare periodic business development reports and updates for management
- Track key performance indicators including lead generation, meetings, conversions, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
- Analyze business development performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with management to review progress against business development targets
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related field
- 2–6 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, healthcare, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, hospitals, wellness, or social-impact organizations is preferred
- Strong understanding of business development, relationship management, and lead generation
- Candidates with experience working with hospitals, doctors, corporates, institutions, or healthcare networks will be preferred
