About the Role

We are looking for a senior Solutions & Delivery Leader who can connect client requirements, solutioning, pre-sales and programme delivery. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for converting complex enterprise requirements into scalable solutions and ensuring successful execution from solution design through final delivery. The role will work closely with Sales, Consulting, SMEs, Technology teams, Operations and senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand enterprise client requirements, business challenges and capability gaps.
• Design scalable technology-enabled solutions across Cloud, Digital Engineering, AI/GenAI and Enterprise Platforms.
• Lead solutioning, proposal development, effort estimation, delivery methodology and implementation planning.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams on RFPs, proposals, SOWs and pre-sales engagements.
• Own end-to-end programme transition and delivery.
• Establish programme governance, milestones, resource plans, quality standards and risk-management mechanisms.
• Lead multiple large and complex enterprise programmes simultaneously.
• Manage senior client stakeholders and build long-term customer relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams involving technology experts, SMEs, mentors, faculty and operations.
• Monitor programme performance, utilization, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization and scalable delivery models.
• Identify delivery risks, manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Present programme performance and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 15–22 years of experience in technology consulting, solutioning, programme delivery, digital transformation or enterprise technology.
• Engineering / Technology / Business bachelor's degree required.
• MBA / postgraduate qualification preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong experience managing large enterprise programmes and customer engagements.
• Proven exposure to solution design + pre-sales + delivery.
• Strong understanding of Cloud, Digital Engineering, AI/GenAI, Platform Engineering and Enterprise Technology.
• Experience working with CXO-level / senior business stakeholders.
• Strong commercial understanding including effort estimation, SOWs, resource planning and delivery economics.
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience across multiple geographies is preferred.
• Exposure to enterprise learning, capability development or workforce transformation will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum / AWS / Azure / GCP / ITIL / AI-GenAI / TOGAF certifications will be an advantage.
