About Company

Nory is building the content engine for a modern women's-health brand fertility, pregnancy, and ovulation products people actually need to understand before they buy. We're looking for an AI-native video editor who can turn scripts, product footage, and raw creator clips into short-form videos that stop the scroll, teach fast, and convert.

This isn't a polish-the-pixels role. You'll edit for performance, ship high volumes of variations, and use AI to move faster than a traditional editor ever could.

What you'll do

• Ship scroll-stopping short-form. Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta ad creatives, UGC-style ads, product explainers, testimonials, and marketplace videos edited for retention and conversion, not just aesthetics.
• Build variations at speed. Spin multiple hooks, openings, CTAs, and visual angles from the same footage for performance testing, and repurpose long-form into a library of short-form assets.
• Turn raw creator footage into winners. Find the strongest moments, hooks, and soundbites in imperfect UGC/influencer footage, then lift it with B-roll, captions, voiceovers, and sound design. Adapt each piece into multiple angles per platform and audience.
• Edit with AI, not around it. Use tools like Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, CapCut AI, and Canva AI to generate B-roll, product scenes, backgrounds, voiceovers, avatars, and image-to-video shots blended cleanly with real footage. Spot and test new tools that improve quality and turnaround.
• Make health simple and safe. Translate briefs into clear, engaging education for IVI, pregnancy, and ovulation kits always brand-safe and factually responsible.
• Optimize per platform. Deliver correctly for Meta, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Amazon, and Flipkart aspect ratios, duration, pacing, captions, thumbnails, and CTAs tuned to each.

What you'll bring

• 2–5 years editing video / creating content, with a portfolio of short-form or performance work.
• Fluency in at least one pro tool — Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Hands-on experience using AI in a real editing workflow.
• A sharp instinct for hooks, pacing, retention, on-screen text, and CTAs and the speed to produce many variations without dropping quality.
• Ability to take a brief and independently deliver a finished, on-brand video.
• Comfort turning raw, incomplete footage into something that performs.

Nice to have

• Experience with D2C / e-commerce, performance-marketing agencies, or health & wellness bonus for women's health, fertility, pregnancy, or baby-care brands.
• Amazon / Flipkart marketplace content, and working directly with influencers and UGC creators
