Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Lead / Architect with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem to lead solution design, development, and customer engagements. The candidate should have proven experience leading teams, delivering enterprise-scale solutions, and interacting directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Lead and mentor development teams.
- Drive architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
- Work closely with customers to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure and enterprise applications.
- Ensure successful project delivery with high quality and governance standards.
Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in Power Platform and Azure.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end solution delivery.
