As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be in charge of managing property units, visiting clients, analyzing their needs, and providing demos, all while ensuring that transactions are finalized. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate and manage leads for real estate sales.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are satisfied and expectations surpassed.
• Provide comprehensive details and insights about real estate properties to potential clients.
• To help with decision-making, hold presentations, client meetings, and property site inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
