Role Overview
This is a senior, revenue-generating role suited to an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in the Technology market. You will take full ownership of your desk—driving business development, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality candidates across niche tech verticals.
You’ll operate as a trusted partner to clients while building a strong candidate network, with full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role offers the autonomy to grow your market, supported by an established brand, leadership team, and clear progression into leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and win new business within the Technology marketBuild, manage, and grow long-term client relationshipsSource, engage, and place high-caliber tech professionalsManage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from BD to placementNegotiate terms, fees, and offers with clients and candidatesMaintain deep market knowledge and provide consultative insightConsistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (agency)Strong track record of billings in the Technology marketAbility to work on-site in Edgewater, Miami, five days per weekStrong business development and client management skillsResilient, competitive, and target-driven mindsetConfident in phone-based sales and closing deals
