Motion graphic designer + video editor

Two Frogs is looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer + Video Editor to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, and graphic design , along with a willingness to explore and integrate AI-powered creative tools into their workflow.

You will work on a variety of projects across advertising, branding, social media, digital campaigns, corporate communication, events, and marketing , working with different brands and industries.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, advertisements, promotional videos, and branded content . Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos for social media, advertising, corporate communication, and digital platforms. Create 2 D animations, kinetic typography, logo animations, transitions, visual effects, and other motion assets . Translate creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and concepts into compelling visual content. Create content for Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, websites, presentations, and digital campaigns . Work with different video formats and aspect ratios, including 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9 . Handle video editing, sequencing, transitions, music synchronisation, sound effects, basic colour correction, and visual effects. Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, strategists, account managers, photographers, and videographers . Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines and visual identity . Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and campaign development. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines. Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining the creative direction of the project.

AI & Creative Technology

AI is an important part of our evolving creative workflow. The candidate should be comfortable exploring and using AI tools for:

Creative ideation and concept development Visual references and moodboards Image and video generation Storyboarding and pre-visualisation Asset creation and enhancement Motion and animation experimentation Improving creative production workflows

Experience with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Chat GPT, or similar AI platforms will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who can combine AI-generated assets with strong design, motion, editing, compositing, and storytelling skills to create professional-quality final work.

Technical Skills

Required: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator

Good to have: Blender / Cinema 4 D / 3ds Max Da Vinci Resolve 3 D animation and product visualisation Advanced compositing and VFX AI-powered creative tools

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of relevant experience in motion graphics, video editing, animation, or a creative agency environment. Strong understanding of design, typography, composition, colour, pacing, and visual storytelling . Strong creative and visual sense. Ability to understand a brief and develop an appropriate visual approach. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Curiosity to learn and experiment with new creative tools and AI technologies . Experience working in an advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative agency will be preferred.

Portfolio / Showreel

A strong portfolio or showreel is required .

Your portfolio should demonstrate your capabilities in motion graphics, video editing, animation, social media content, advertising, and visual storytelling . AI-assisted creative work, 3 D, or advanced motion work will be an added advantage.
