KashmirHuts.com is looking for an Architect / Architectural Designer with practical experience in residential, hospitality and cottage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site surveys and measurements
- Floor plans, elevations and detailed drawings
- Architectural concepts and space planning
- 3D modelling and visualisation
- Preparation of working drawings
- Coordination with the project and site team
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or relevant field
- 4–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp/Revit
- Experience with 3D visualisation/rendering software
- Ability to independently handle drawings and site measurements
- Hospitality, cottage, residential or renovation experience preferred
