About the Role
The Deputy Manager - QA will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of materials and processes, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Analyze incoming material test reports and ensure data accuracy. Analyze in process inspection test report. Vendor Evaluation and feedback on different parameters. Analyze the process gap on the basis of audits and feedback from customers or vendors. Calibration of instruments. Planning and coordination of Internal, External audits. Control all IMS documents & relevant formats. Analyze the process defects & prepare action plan to control them. Incorporate the actions taken to control the defects in FMEA. Customer satisfaction ratings. Acknowledge customer complaint and submit CA. Monitor quality scrap not exceed as per the standard scrap%. Prepare and present Management Review. Completion of assigned task on given timelines. Completion of departmental priorities as planned in the quarter.Qualifications
Full Time - B. Tech or M Tech in Textile.Required Skills
Proficient in MS Excel, planning. ERP experience preferred.Preferred Skills
Stability in career (not frequent changes). Outstation candidates to shift with family. Mandatorily from the industry specified.Middle management - MM
