We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service & Sales Manager to lead our Plumbing Service Department at our Stow, OH branch location. The individual in this role is responsible for managing daily operations, developing technicians, driving sales performance, optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs), and achieving departmental revenue and profitability goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead Plumbing Service TechniciansTrain, coach, and evaluate field personnelConduct regular ride-along and field coaching sessions with techniciansProvide real-time feedback on sales performance, communication, and customer interactionsCoach technicians on memberships, financing options, close rates, average ticket, and revenue generationLead by example through field visits and customer interactions when neededMonitor technician KPIs and develop action plans for improvementManage workload, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and manpower utilizationEnsure repairs and installations meet company quality standards and local code requirementsResolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction ratingsFacilitate weekly meetings, training sessions, and performance reviewsSupport onboarding and development of new techniciansEnsure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and safety proceduresManage departmental budgets and achieve gross margin goalsIdentify revenue opportunities and drive department growthRetain and grow Club Membership clientsReview and approve new products, services, and sales initiativesProvide leadership with reporting on department performance, market trends, and growth opportunitiesPromote and teach Wilson's Core Values: Betterment, Accountability, Teamwork, and Transparency
Requirements5+ years of Plumbing Management experience preferredStrong residential plumbing service background requiredProven experience leading and coaching sales-focused service teamsExperience improving technician performance and sales KPIsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze performance metrics and drive resultsExperience with Service TitanAbility to maintain confidential informationMust pass a background check and drug screeningValid driver's license with acceptable driving record xzbcwsv
