Gould Medical Group, a growing, physician-led, multi-specialty group affiliated with Sutter Health, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our established Behavioral Health team in Modesto, California.

This is an exciting opportunity to practice 100% outpatient general psychiatry in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with minimal administrative demands and dedicated clinical support.

With a $340,000 starting base salary, two-year salary guarantee, sign-on bonus, and two-year shareholder track, this position offers financial stability, long-term career growth, and the opportunity to focus on what matters most: providing exceptional patient care.

Practice Highlights

• 100% outpatient general psychiatry with no inpatient responsibilities

• Some onsite telework flexibility available

• Join an established, multidisciplinary Behavioral Health department

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)

• Reduced administrative burden: Documentation primarily limited to progress notes and initial intakes, with no annual assessments or clinical updates required

• Epic electronic health record (EHR)

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
