Director, Early-Stage Business Development – Biopharmaceuticals

CSL seeks a Director, Business Development – Early Stage to lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of early-stage partnerships across biotherapies, vaccines, and plasma‑derived therapies. In this role you will develop BD strategy, build a robust opportunity pipeline, and drive negotiations with biotech, pharma, and academic partners. You will collaborate closely with R&D, finance, legal, and commercial teams, lead due diligence, and craft business cases that advance CSL’s patient‑focused, science‑driven mission in a global, highly collaborative environment.
