Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Thane. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing risks, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and handling documentation and reporting. The role involves supervising site activities, supporting expediting and logistics operations, and ensuring inspections are completed on time and in line with project requirements. The Project Manager will also manage budgets, support procurement decisions, and drive continuous improvement in project workflows.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor material flow, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability of resources.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or related industrial projects is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities are required.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office, and familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or similar) is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
