We are looking for a strategic Content Writer who deeply understands the student mindset, exam patterns, and IT career trajectories. In this role, you won't just be writing informational blogs—you will be crafting high-intent, SEO-driven copy that directly fuels our lead generation and drives course enrollments. </p> <p> What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Conversion-Driven Copywriting: Write high-converting landing pages, website copy, engaging email campaigns, and Whats App marketing funnels designed to turn prospects into enrolled students. Curriculum &amp; Course Content: Craft comprehensive course descriptions, structured syllabi, and targeted FAQs for high-demand IT certifications (AWS, Azure, Cyber Security, CEH, PMP, Agile, Dev Ops, etc.). SEO &amp; Content Strategy: Develop and execute an SEO-optimized content calendar targeting high-intent keywords (certification prep, exam guides, career growth) to boost organic reach. Research &amp; Simplification: Deep-dive into IT exam patterns and technical syllabi, translating heavy jargon into accessible, persuasive language for our target audience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all content aligns with brand voice, business goals, and lead-generation targets. Continuous Optimization: Audit and optimize existing website content to improve search engine rankings and conversion rates. </p><p> What You Bring to the Table (Mandatory Requirements) Domain Expertise: 3–6 years of specialized content writing experience specifically within IT training institutes, Ed Tech, or certification platforms. Subject Matter Familiarity: A solid understanding of major global IT certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, EC-Council, PMI). Writing for Growth: Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy that generates leads, rather than just top-of-funnel informational content. SEO Mastery: Strong grasp of on-page SEO best practices, keyword placement, content structuring, and user search intent. Exceptional Communication: Impeccable written English, sharp proofreading skills, and a keen eye for detail. Analytical Mindset: Strong research skills and the ability to map content directly to the student/buyer journey. </p><p> Preferred Qualifications &amp; Tech Stack Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or Marketing. Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Word Press). Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Proficiency with writing and editing tools (Grammarly, Hemingway). </p><p> Bonus Points If You Have: Experience writing direct-response ad copy or high-converting landing pages. Knowledge of international exam structures (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS). Experience mapping out training batch structures or detailed course roadmaps. </p><p> How We Measure Success (KPIs) Consistent delivery against the content calendar. Growth in organic website traffic and improvement in keyword rankings. Increase in lead conversion rates directly attributed to content.
