You'll understand what each celebration needs, present our work in a way that makes people fall in love with it, and close with warmth and professionalism - across three cities and growing.</p>What You'll Do<ul><li>Engage customers across every channel - calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, email - to understand the occasion and recommend the right creation</li><li>Own inbound inquiries end to end, with fast, polished, on-brand responses</li><li>Build outbound and B2B pipeline - corporate gifting, bulk orders, recurring accounts - for predictable growth beyond walk-in demand</li><li>Know the full product range and pricing cold</li><li>Keep the CRM immaculate - every lead and interaction logged</li><li>Hit and beat monthly targets across cities</li><li>Drive customer delight that turns into five-star reviews, referrals, and repeat orders</li><li>Take part in sales training and help organize promotional events</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li><b>Languages:</b> Telugu, Tamil, and English - all three required, since you'll be selling across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Coimbatore. Hindi is a welcome bonus.</li><li>0-2 years of sales experience; retail, hospitality, or food-service background is a plus.
