- Enter invoices accurately into the accounting system
- Process, verify, and post payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transactions
- Prepare and record daily accounting entries related to sales transactions, cash, and deposits
- Safely handle, secure, and transport cash in accordance with company policies and internal controls
- Correcting invalid SKUs from the registers to maintain an accurate inventory and records
- Generate and manage advanced shipping notice reporting
- Purchase order follow up communication with customers and vendors
- Professional, timely response to all email and phone inquiries
- Assist with filling and other administrative or organizational tasks needed
- Support various projects from leadership and other store departments as required
- Collaborate closely with the Office Leader, the HR team, and Store Leadership teams
- Demonstrate strong multitasking, organizational, attention to detail, and internal communication skills
- Utilize Google Workspace tools effectively
- Perform basic calculations, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations
- Proactively seeking challenges and contributing solutions
