Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Gurgaon | Up to ₹70 LPA

We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the India operations of a leading Singapore-headquartered investment group.

Location: Gurgaon | CTC: Up to ₹70 LPA | Experience: 14+ Years

Mandatory Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Listed Company or SGX-listed company experience
• Experience managing multi-channel businesses (Retail, Distribution, E-commerce, etc.)

The CFO will lead finance strategy, cross-border India–Singapore operations, fundraising, treasury, FP&A, investor relations, governance, and regulatory compliance (SEBI, RBI, FEMA, Companies Act). The role will partner with Global Leadership and the Board to drive business growth, financial controls, and strategic decision-making.
