<p><b>Job Title: </b>Structural Design Engineer / Manager</p><p><b>Experience: 8</b>+ Years</p><p><b> Location: </b>BKC, Mumbai</p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><ul><li>We are looking for a skilled Structural Design professional with 5+ years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in structural design and coordination for residential, commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects. Candidates from reputed real estate developers or leading design consultancy firms will be preferred.</li><li>Key Responsibilities:</li><li>Prepare and review structural design concepts, calculations, and detailed drawings for real estate projects.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, PMC teams, and site execution teams for design integration.</li><li>Ensure structural designs comply with applicable codes, standards, safety norms, and project requirements.</li><li>Review RCC and steel structural designs, BOQs, and technical specifications.</li><li>Monitor design timelines and support project execution teams during construction stages.</li><li>Conduct value engineering and optimization of structural systems.</li><li>Review consultant deliverables and provide technical inputs for approvals.</li><li>Support troubleshooting and resolution of structural issues during execution.</li><li>Ensure quality, constructability, and cost-efficiency in structural design solutions.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Desired Candidate Profile:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.</li><li>8+ years of relevant experience in structural design within the real estate industry.</li><li>Must have worked with reputed real estate developers or leading structural/design consultancy firms.</li><li>Strong understanding of RCC, steel structures, high-rise buildings, and construction methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Revit will be preferred.</li><li>Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is preferred.</li></ul><p><br /></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?KtuheYUdMWWUFl%2fI8ypapDY9VO8nkLAmp" width="0" height="0" />
