Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Structural Engineer will perform detailed structural analysis and design for buildings and other civil structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing structural calculations, developing design concepts, and producing engineering drawings and documentation in coordination with the CAD team. The role involves inspecting project sites, participating in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, resolving technical issues during construction, and supporting quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. The engineer will also contribute to design optimization, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of engineering practices within the firm.

Qualifications

· Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering.

· Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Analysis and Calculations.

· Solid understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and construction practices.

· Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

· Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.

· Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.

· Prior experience in building or infrastructure projects in an engineering consultancy is an advantage.

· Attitude and fundamentals matter more than having every software skill.
