As a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator, you'll be at the center of the action, helping healthcare providers get the support, parts, and technical service they need to keep patient care moving forward. This isn't your typical customer service role.
You'll work directly with healthcare customers, coordinate service events, solve complex problems, partner with technicians and vendors, and help hospitals navigate equipment issues that impact their daily operations.

What You'll DoEvery day is different, but your responsibilities will include:Serve as a trusted point of contact for healthcare customersCoordinate service requests and technician dispatch activitiesManage equipment repair and maintenance cases from start to resolutionInvestigate issues and develop creative solutions for customersPartner with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely service deliveryCommunicate updates, timelines, and resolutions with customersPrioritize urgent requests and escalationsMaintain accurate notes and case documentation within CRM systemsDeliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction
