Civize, an agri-commodity export company based in Vadodara, Gujarat, is looking for self-driven sales agents to help us connect with international buyers. The Role A s a Commission Agent, you'll identify and connect us with import buyers, distributors, and trading houses in your network or region — and earn a percentage of the realized payment on every deal you close. No cap on earnings. What We're Looking For - Experience in export sales / trading (agri-commodities or FMCG preferred) - An existing buyer network in your target market (UK, USA, UAE, Africa, SE Asia, ANZ, or elsewhere) - Working knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and payment terms (LC/DP/advance) - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills - Self-starters comfortable working independently Compensation Commission-only, paid as a percentage of realized (collected) payment — uncapped earning potential, with long-term partnership opportunities for high performers.
