Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for our International Voice Process (B2C) team. The role involves interacting with customers over calls and targeting potential clients related to Personal Injury services. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to handle international customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international customers.
• Identify and engage potential clients related to personal injury cases.
• Explain services clearly and professionally to customers.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Follow company guidelines and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an international voice process environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in night shifts (if required).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in BPO / International calling is an advantage.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
