Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Administration Assistant to join the Community Therapy Service team

Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north.

Services are provided through our six main campuses:

Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital.  In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.

About the Role:

This role requires to work collaboratively within the Community Therapy Administration team providing clerical support to clinicians and management. The role involves client facing administration tasks including greeting patients, managing appointments and fee collection.

This role is responsible for data entry for up-to-date client demographic and contact information. The role is responsible for administrative tasks including data entry, transport bookings, making appointments and providing clerical assistance to the Community Therapy Staff.

This is a fixed term position from September 2026 until June 2027. The role is a 3 day a week position based at Bundoora Centre

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and provide accurate, timely and responsive administrative support.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate
