  Experience: Minimum 6 Months Recent International Customer Service Experience

  Communication: Excellent English – Mandatory

  Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 In-Hand + ₹100 Night Allowance/Shift

  Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  Working: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Offs (Mon–Fri)

  Age: 21–37 Years

  MT LANGUAGES REQUIRED

Gujarati | Bengali | Punjabi | Tamil | Telugu | Malayalam

 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle international customer calls professionally

• Manage service and renewal-related queries

• Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards

• Achieve assigned performance and service targets
