Our rapidly growing firm seeks a skilled litigator to join our talented team in our Alexandria office.

The Role
You will directly impact clients' lives by:Representing clients in MSPB and EEO proceedingsLitigating cases before the EEOC and in District CourtsLeading depositions and navigating cases through summary judgmentApplying expertise in Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and FLSA
The Ideal Fit
You are a strategic problem-solver who:Takes initiative and thrives under pressureManages multiple priorities effectivelyWorks collaboratively with attorneys and other team membersExcels at client counseling, guiding them through difficult workplace situations to a Phoenix momentCrafts compelling demand letters that achieve favorable pre-litigation resolutionsHas a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience (federal sector experience preferred, but not required)Is comfortable working within billable hour expectations (1,700 hours annually)
Virginia Bar license preferred. We will consider candidates willing to waive in. Maryland and DC Bar admissions are a plus. Labor and Employment litigation experience highly valued. xzbcwsv
