Interested candidates can E-mail their updated resume at - ROLE : AREA SALES OFFICER LOCATION : ACROSS ODISHA & JHARKHAND EXPERIENCE : MIN. 2 YEARS IN TRADE SALES IN CEMENT, BUILDING MATERIALS, PAINTS, CHEMICAL, TELECOM, FMCG, INSURANCE, BANKING EDUCATION: MBA / PGDM AGE : MAX. 32 YRS PRE REQUISITE : TWO-WHEELER, VALID DRIVING LICENSE & SMART PHONE CTC : AS PER COMPANY STANDARD TA & DA : AS PER POLICY Role & Responsibilities Ensure achievement of sales targets and take measures to increase the market share/sales targets. Maintain cordial relations with Real estate, dealers, construction companies, end customers to get repeat orders thereby maximizing sales and focus on long-term retention. Monitor the fluctuations in sales targets and take preventive/corrective measures Generate new leads periodically, ensure regular pitching to them on existing & upcoming products Execute weekly plan & map existing territories. Identify new territories to maximize sales in the region. Monitor the BTL inventory levels at the dealer shops (Point of purchase / sale, promotional items such as danglers, posters etc.) and report the same to the Marketing team as per timelines / plan so that the same could be arranged / procured / enhanced. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by way of timely resolution of the customer grievances. Customer Coordinate with Technical Support Team for site visits and leverage their expertise to maximize sales as per requirements. Utilize CRM for greater visibility, monitoring, performance evaluation and any course correction/ corrective action required
