Senior graphic designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various platforms. You will lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers to produce high-quality, visually engaging content.

Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design solutions for print, digital, and multimedia platforms. Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications. Oversee design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and deliverables. Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and other team members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate new techniques and ideas into design projects. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects. Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

2–4 years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred) A strong portfolio showcasing design versatility and creative thinking Attention to detail with excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Skills:

Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.), Figma. Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) is a plus Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and effectively.
