Packaging artwork designer (1 to 3 years of exp is required)

Role : Packaging Artwork Designer
Location : Whitefield, Bangalore
Experience: 1-3 Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Packaging Designer to join the creative team supporting global packaging and brand communication initiatives for one of our Fortune 10 brands in the Oil & Gas sector.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in packaging artwork, print production, and prepress processes, with a strong understanding of brand consistency and production accuracy. Exposure to GLM workflows/platforms will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and adapt packaging artworks across multiple SKUs and formats
Prepare print-ready files with strong understanding of:
Die-lines
Bleeds & margins
Color modes (CMYK/Pantone)
Print specifications
Work on artwork versioning, localization, and content updates
Ensure adherence to global brand guidelines and packaging standards
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, production teams, and print vendors
Conduct quality checks for packaging layouts before final release
Support prepress and production processes to ensure error-free execution
Manage multiple packaging adaptation projects within timelines

Requirements :
1-3 years of experience in Packaging Design / Artwork Production
Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe In Design
Good understanding of print production and prepress workflows
Experience working on packaging for FMCG, consumer products, lubricants, chemicals, industrial, or related sectors is preferred
Exposure to GLM (Global Label Management) workflows/tools is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and file organization practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

Good to Have
Experience working with global brands or enterprise clients
Understanding of multilingual packaging adaptations
Exposure to regulatory or compliance-heavy packaging environments
