Financial Cost Analyst

Our client, an electrical manufacturer, is actively hiring a Plant Cost & Financial Analyst to join their team in Fairfield, OH! This role will be a hybrid position with 4 days a week onsite.

In this role, you will be supporting the Plant Controller in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful manufacturing finance reporting.
Responsibilities: Own weekly and intra-week reports for WIP, inventory transactions, material usage variance, PPV, and the plant P&LPrepare Analysis of ChangesTurn transactional data into explanations of cost drivers and flags so the leadership team can act on them
Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related2-3 years of cost accounting/fiancial analysis experienceExperience with reporting tools (Excel and PowerBI)Prior experience with Oracle ERP is a plus
