Oxbow Talent is partnering with an ambitious AI-first software business to appoint its first dedicated Product Manager. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a sophisticated agentic AI platform, working directly with the founding team to shape product strategy, technical direction and delivery.

The Opportunity

• Take full ownership of product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for an enterprise AI platform.
• Work directly with the founders to take the product through its next stage of development.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers building production-grade LLM and agentic systems.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear product decisions and deliverables.
• Shape how AI products are developed, evaluated, launched and continuously improved.
• Establish the product management function from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within AI-native or B2B SaaS businesses.
• Proven experience owning and shipping AI/LLM-powered products into production.
• Strong technical understanding of modern AI systems including agents, evaluations, model behaviour and latency.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams to manage technical trade-offs and delivery.
• Previous experience within an early-stage startup, founding team or high-ownership product environment.
• Comfortable prototyping with modern AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Able to work onsite in New York City five days per week.
