RBC Constructs & Estimation (SMC‑Pvt.) Ltd., a growing construction firm in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to support its human‑resource functions on‑site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, screen candidates, and manage onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, track attendance and handle leave requests.
• Assist in preparing payroll and handling HR documentation.
• Enforce company policies and uphold workplace discipline.
• Promote employee engagement and support daily HR operations.

Who Should Apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
