Roles & Responsibilities
Research relevant subreddits, communities, and trends for assigned brands. Create authentic, platform-native content and participate in relevant conversations on Reddit. Monitor conversations, audience sentiment, and community discussions. Support account growth through organic engagement and community participation. Collaborate with internal teams to execute Reddit-focused content initiatives.What We're Looking For
0–1 year of experience (Internships, freelance projects, or personal work are welcome, Entry level role) Strong understanding of Reddit, subreddit culture, and platform etiquette. Excellent written English and communication skills. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn community-led marketing. Ability to research, identify trends, and adapt content accordingly.Bonus Points If You
Have built and managed your own Reddit account with good karma. Actively participate in niche online communities. Understand internet culture, memes, and community engagement strategies. Have prior content writing, copywriting, or social media experience.Details
