<p><b>Project Owner / Service Delivery Operations Lead </b> </p><p>Finance &amp; Accounting Operations | AP, AR, Invoice Processing, Procurement Support, Reconciliations, F&amp;A Back Office </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Role positioning:- </b>This is a client-facing service delivery role for Finance &amp; Accounting operations. ARDEM is hiring an operational owner who can run AP/AR, invoice, procurement, reconciliation, and recurring finance workflows with production control, client communication, SLA/TAT discipline, quality ownership, and team leadership. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Position Summary </b> </p><p>ARDEM is seeking a Project Owner / Service Delivery Operations Lead for Finance &amp; Accounting Operations. This role owns the daily delivery and client-facing operational management of assigned finance and accounting workflows. </p><p>The right candidate understands finance operations enough to manage delivery quality, exceptions, controls, workflow handoffs, client expectations, SLA/TAT, backlog, and team execution. This person does not need to be the sales SME or proposal owner, but must be credible with client finance teams and strong enough to own the delivery operation after handoff. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Core Responsibilities </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Own daily production control for assigned F&amp;A workflows, including incoming volume, completed work, backlog, aging, SLA/TAT risk, exceptions, client dependencies, staffing capacity, and urgent finance-team requests. </li><li>Lead delivery teams handling workflows such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, vendor/customer data, procurement support, reconciliations, payment support, reporting support, or finance back-office processing. </li><li>Communicate directly with client finance and operations contacts through status updates, delivery calls, risk communication, escalation updates, action-item recaps, and proactive follow-up. </li><li>Run weekly governance covering output, SLA/timeliness, quality, backlog/aging, exceptions, open issues, client dependencies, staffing/coverage, risks, corrective actions, and next steps. </li><li>Maintain F&amp;A process documentation, including work instructions, approval/coding rules, exception handling, quality checklists, field definitions, process maps, common error lists, issue logs, and change logs. </li><li>Identify risks early, including delivery/SLA risk, quality risk, backlog/aging risk, staffing risk, client dependency risk, scope change risk, documentation risk, system/access risk, and client trust risk. </li><li>Drive root cause and corrective action when errors repeat, quality slips, backlog grows, or finance workflows become unstable. </li><li>Partner with Solutions &amp; Transition during launch/stabilization and accept delivery ownership after internal handoff. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Ideal Candidate Profile </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>5-10+ years in F&amp;A BPO/BPM, shared services, finance operations, AP/AR operations, procurement operations, accounting operations, or managed finance back-office delivery. </li><li>Experience as Assistant Manager - F&amp;A Operations, Team Lead - AP/AR, Process Lead - Finance Operations, Service Delivery Lead - Finance Operations, or Operations Lead - Shared Services. </li><li>Has managed real production work: invoice volumes, AP/AR queues, exception handling, aging, SLA/TAT, quality checks, team output, staffing, and client escalations. </li><li>Strong English communication with direct client-facing experience. Must be able to lead calls, explain delivery status, communicate risk, and create confidence with client finance stakeholders. </li><li>Understands process control, internal controls, approvals,documentation, audit trails, quality review, and exception management. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Must-Have Capabilities </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Production command: knows current work status, volume, backlog, aging, exceptions, staffing, and SLA risk. </li><li>Client-facing confidence: can speak clearly with finance stakeholders and manage delivery expectations. </li><li>Quality discipline: understands how finance errors happen, how to catch them, and how to prevent recurrence. </li><li>Ownership mindset: acts before the client complains and escalates risk early with facts and recommendations. </li><li>Documentation discipline: keeps SOPs, exception rules, quality checklists, change logs, and training notes current. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Red Flags </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Only performed AP/AR work as an individual contributor but never managed production, team output, or client delivery. </li><li>Strong accounting knowledge but weak operations management and client communication. </li><li>Talks only about task completion, not SLA, backlog, aging, quality trends, risk, or corrective action. </li><li>Cannot explain how they handle repeated errors, client escalations, late approvals, or exception-heavy workflows. </li><li>Acts like a finance analyst instead of a delivery owner. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>ERP and Process Automation </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). </li><li>Create and maintain master data, workflows, and reporting dashboards within ERP platforms. </li><li>Collaborate with technical teams to automate recurring accounting and reporting tasks. </li><li>Generate and analyse ERP-based reports for financial insights, KPIs, and performance reviews. </li><li>Train team members on ERP navigation, reporting tools, and compliance practices. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Technical Requirements </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>System: Windows laptop/desktop (Intel i5 or higher, minimum 8GB RAM). </li><li>Screen: Minimum 14 inches, Full HD resolution). </li><li>Internet: High-speed broadband connection (100 Mbps or higher). </li><li>Software: AnyDesk for remote connectivity </li><li>Shift Timings- EST Work Hours (Night Shift </li> </ul>
